Novtex Corporation manufacturers, markets and merchandises uniquely designed narrow fabrics and other trimmings and embellishments to the wholesale market for dress designers, home decorators, home sewers and crafters. Our priority is to get you the perfect trim and or embellishment for your designing needs and are very proud of our quality products. In the event you have reason to return an item, please carefully read our return and exchange policy.

Returnable Items

Following are items that may be returned:

Uncut and unopened packaged items

Damaged goods

Incorrect order fulfillment

Special order items

Cut merchandise

Close out or discontinued items

Items other than those stated under “items which may be returned” above.

Return Authorization

Prior to returning any returnable item, Novtex must be contacted in advance and a return authorization must be obtained, either via telephone, fax or e-mail. Items received without a Novtex return authorization will not be accepted.

Incorrect or Damaged Product

Novtex Corporation’s priority is to sell only high quality products. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will be pleased to provide you with a replacement of that product via the shipping agent utilized on the original order. In order that your account is credited properly for the incorrect/damaged shipment, we ask that you return that item to Novtex promptly; utilizing the above referenced “return authorization” process.

Exchanges

If after receipt of an ordered item you find you wish a different item or color, please send us the returnable merchandise and we will place a new order for you.

We request exchange returns be made within 10 days of our invoice date, utilizing the above referenced “return authorization” process.Once Novtex Corporation has received returnable merchandise; a credit adjustment will be applied to the credit card utilized for the original purchase, including sales tax, if any. Generally, we do not reimburse the original shipping/handling charge on exchanged merchandise.

Sending a Return

Along with the item you are returning, please provide us with a copy of the invoice that accompanied the item you are returning as well as the “Return Authorization” number you were provided by Novtex, prior to the return. Returns should be sent to:

Obtaining Status on a Return

You will be sent an e-mail acknowledging that your return has been processed and the amount that will be credited to your account. Once the returned merchandise has been received, the credit to your account normally occurs within 3 – 4 weeks.
